The project "per hands" was carried out parallel to the lectures by Prof. Dr. Viefhues in the context of the teaching events of the subject "system analysis" at the technological highschool Bremerhaven.

The project name "per hands" stands: " project helping hands " and contains the free recording and optimization of the workflows in the area of the itinerant care. The area to be optimized covered the cost accounting of the rendered care service with the sick persons and care registers.

This contains:

• Registering and administration of patients
• Care and administration of the master data as well as the care condition of the patients
• Recording of the rendered care service
• Accounting of the rendered care service with the respective sick persons and care registers

It was aim of the analysis to ensure tasks and with that connected managing for it the relief of the clerks by the introduction of a new accounting system in the area (inside) the creation of freedoms for the support of the male nurses in the field service (inside). The solution concepts to be worked out then orientated themselves situated software and hardware offered after this one at present on the market.
